It is so annoying when other people cannot control their dogs. Whenever we saw another dog we put Prince on the lead because he was horribly aggressive towards other dogs. I always used to call out and let other people know my dog did not like other dogs. It used to amaze me how other dogs would run up to mine, who was under control, and then the stupid owner would stand there going 'come on' and waving a treat. Like that was going to make the damn dog come back.
