I decided to take Megs down to the harbour this morning,we walked a little way and encountered a woman with a lead around her neck,no dog, after seeing Meg onlead she went to get her dog, guess what she couldn't find it,I spotted it before the owner did,she had no control or recall whatsoever now had that dog approached Meg because it was bigger than she is she would have had a major problem with it,Meg doesn't growl or give any warning apart from her ackles coming up.
But It's silly season whereby all the numpty fair weather walkers are out.I get so frustrated with other owners who can't do a damn thing with there offlead out of control dogs,so if as a result of it there dog happens to get bitten then so be it,my dog is onlead under control!

Exactly! But you cant tell some people. Perhaps they have never really seen what happens when two dogs go at it
Still, even though I wouldnt be the owner of the loose dog and I have no responsibility over it, I will carry on looking out for the wellfare of it by keeping mine on a lead.

What a world we live in!
