I know where you are coming from Katy but with the state my breeds reputation is in I wont allow one of my dogs to be blamed for anything - it seems theres a shoot to kill policy in operation where loose Rotts are concerned and just on the off chance that my dogs ignored me when they were distracted I wont let them off if I think there are other dogs around/ After all unless your dog has been in every situation how can you say their recall is 100% - all you can say is 'up til now its been 100%' theres always a first time because so many people forget - they are DOGS
