I agree 100%, but knowing your dog is reactive in certain situations you would surely take precautions, or at least I would anyway. What one dog owner decides is right another will disagree and the case is the same in all manner of other things. I just thought she could have been a bit more pro-active and muzzled the dog. Then there are posters that have said that if a non-muzzled dog attacked their dog then they would want their dog to be able to fight back. I can see their point of view but having an aggressive dog is not natural and this type of behavior should be corrected.
At the end of it I am just glad to have him home, all be it with a few war wounds and even the cats have checked in on him, which is a first and hopefully of things to come at last as they usually won't go near him.
