Well I for one let my dogs off the lead 99% of the time, I only put them on lead when there is a dog I don't know that is on lead or by roads. That will never change.

My dogs get the freedom they deserve and I firmly believe that all non-aggresive, obedient dogs should get that privlege and not be punished for other dogs actions.
