Hiya its possible your neighbours are still feeding her or she is "eating out" and catching her own lol I usually find that my cats go off their food after a while so I have to keep changing it to keep them interested! They also used to just lick the jelly off as yours seems to do so now I buy feline fayre at Asda and they seem to love it, it doesnt really have any chunks in it so they eat the lot.
