It gets a bit annoying having to wait for owners to retrieve their dogs all the time! Especially when it's the same dog & owner everytime and they don't learn after it happening day after day after day.

No offence to you as you are obviously making a great effort to turn your dog into a well behaved little chubba!

Where it happens to me it is very open as well so they can clearly see me coming and have plenty of time to get them on lead but don't! They will learn if I have to start running away!
