You said earlier she doesnt really go in your garden to toilet as the fence needs work , i think even if you were out there with her to keep an eye on her she should be introduced to going outside , problem will be , that you will get her to toilet on papaer then you will have to re train her to go out side , put her on her lead and get her to go out side , if she has got hot and has drank a lot she will need to pee all the time and as pups cant hold themselves she will just go where she is standing at the time , every 20 mins minimum she should be outside and given lots of praise when she goes , she wont understand being told no after she has had an accident , she doesny realise that the house isnt the place to wee as she is allowed to wee in the house but on paper. I think you need to get the O/H down to B&Q to but some fence pannels lol .
