vegas has been very good with toileting for the first week, but she is urinating everywhere again! on my bed, near her dinner bowl, on the carpets and on the stairs and landing!

im getting rather annoyed, i know she is still a young puppy and is still learning but i dont know why she is weeing everywhere again.

when she is told no after doing a wee where she shouldnt, she goes onto the paper and does a wee!

has anyone got any tips on how to stop her from going everywhere else but the paper?
