from what I can see/understand, they can't be registered as she used her bitch outside the restrictions placed on the dog?
But I certainly won't be giving her any information off the pedigree on my dog!

her father breeds dogs.. so I'm presuming her information is coming from him??
but she said that the fee should be held back until the bitch is known to be pregnant or has the puppies.

We have signed nothing to agree to anything really.. so is it just my word against hers.. or is there a legal route I can go down to make her pay up?
At the end of the day, i've had 1/3 of the fee so far.

I guess it's going to have to go down as lesson learned..I'm sure the money will come to me eventually.. but there is no way she's going to get a free go next time round if the bitch isn't pregnant!
