Maybe put her on a light and fresh food diet(if you can) such as white chicken chopped and mixed with 1/3 of pouch, or sardines with a bit of rice pudding,white fish mixed with 1/3 pouch
Pouches will give your kitt smellier poo's-it's a usual given,but as said coz she's only just been wormed this will also contribute

Switching to new food and new surroundings can contribute to smelly poo's-she should settle soon though
