my little rottie pup vegas, is quite vocal before we give her her dinner, when she wants to go out of the room and when shes grouchy. i read on the internet when i was researching the rottweiler breed, that they dont usually find their voice until they are 2/3? has anyones rotties found their voices at such a young age?
