Hi, my cat goes to vets every month for injections for an allergy she has, my hubby took her this month as the allergy causes big bleeding breaks in her skin around neck and she has the injection so as not to scratch for the month we had a new vet,just out of collage today and she gave her two injections none which were for anti scratch , didnt clean the wound at all just said bathe with salt water, usually my cat does quite well on what the usual vet gives her , i looked in on her an hour after coming home and she was covered in blood the woman had not give her the anti scratch, i would like to complain as its a bigger mess now than before she went, she also charged more than our usual vet and did very little to help my baby, would i have the right to complain any advice would be most helpful, sorry its so long
