I can't understand the RSPCA. I've called them out when i have found a cat and they have said that because i took the cat into my house its now mine and they would not come out then there was a mistreated dog, which they did come out to and said that because the owner would say he would take it to the vets each time there was nothing they could do, despite the fact it was still being mistreated and people were still reporting it. It died in the end and our local paper reported how it was mistreated!!!! When my son found a deer that had been hit by a car, they were straight out, which makes sense, but i feel that they respond quicker to wild animals than to domestic ones. I don't bother with them now, we have a good animal charity that are really good.
