I cant help but worry that theres a slight chance they might succed in getting over,i have seen kittens negotiate a over hang at my house,but it was solid mesh,where purfect fencing is flexible,and this is more of a deterrent.It wouldnt be practical for us with our dogs anyway,dylan would eat it probably!
