by the way ... sometimes its hard NOT to intervene. Usually, the queen is quite good at looking after her babies. You only need to get involved if the kitten is actually in difficulty and recognising this is the thing you need to be aware of ... it looks like early days yet and plenty of time for you to have a look on vet websites of kitten births etc.
Another sign of imminent parturition is the emission of clear liquid from the posterior. This might give you about 24 hours notice and of course contractions will mean that kittens are due very soon. Don't let the queen push hard for more than two hours without a kitten being born.
