Yes I agree with you Crofty - utterly thoughtless. I agree with the principle of what Jens is saying - the numpty ought to be punished but a plane crash is a bit too ......... quick. Michelle's idea is definitely in the right direction in that it is more - pardon the pun - drawn out
but it might be useful to have something happen over a period of time that will make them think a bit more.
