Hi, its so refreshing to hear that I am not alone in not insuring my little ones too. I always put some spare cash away every month in case I need it for them but it would be over too much to justify that every month, if they need help they get it and I use my savings. My sister works for an insurance company but even she has recommended my course of action as the best!
