I've been thinking about what to feed my kitten once I get him.. and came across that article you linked Crofty. It all made perfect sense to me, so I've decided to give it a try.
I've found this website
The Feline Future Cat Food Company which sells basically a powder that you mix with raw meat and liver.
For convenience I'll be feeding a mix of that and Applaws wet food, hope it'll work out! Otherwise I've got Orijen dry food as a backup
Not sure what my kitten is used to eating yet, so will have to wait and see how it goes!
