i would take her to vet and ask about pyometra.

A bitch at the stable i kept my horses had a phontom and was then mated.When they came free from the tie the bitch lost a lot of yucky blood/mucas,she was taken to the vet who said that the dog had closed pyometra which had,luckily,been opened by the mating.
