great advice and also from Katherna Cookie I am sure when you have your cat wormed etc this will help immensely and also a light diet-then you'll find out all his/hers particular likes and dislikes Worms and Fleas usually do go hand in hand when they've not been treated and this brings about loose poos-and the scabs your describing indicate that he/she has had fleas for a very long time-but with due care is treatable-also make sure you de-flea your home and everything in itDo keep us updated and goodluck
