I think rawhide will be fine but obviously it's up to you.
You can give apple but not the core/seeds as they are toxic to dogs! Stay away from grapes and raisons too.
Other than that most veg and fruit is okay in moderation, too much will give them diahorrea though. I would stick to carrots for now until the diahorrea is sorted.
