Re: vets *grrrrr*

This thread has actually got me thinking about my mums dog... I know this is the cat thread and i apologise for hogging the thread with a Q, but i didnt really want to keep posting new ones, My mums dog a yorkshire terrier 7yrs old, Came down with crystals last year.... My mum took him straight to the vets and they caught them in plenty of time, but the vet put him on a special diet. A year later and he is still on a special diet from the vets that costs my mum an absolute fortune but as she thinks its keeping him better she pays the money no problem. I went with her to the vets and asked if we could put him on a healthy alternative diet, maybe chicken and rice. And the vet didnt answer me? I was wondering if maybe anyone else knew anything about this as i dont like the idea of my mum being fleeced, but if it is doing bobby a favour i shall tell her its the right thing to do. Im sorry again for changing topic, but it had me wondering
