when buddy was bout 3/4 month old i used to get him a bag of bones from the butchers which were already frozen and he used to love them - kept him quiet for hours!! make sure you put a towel down tho cos as they defrost they can leak blood - as i found out when my mums cream rug turned red!lol
i think there fine so long as there frozen first as this kills the bacteria
