Some cats dont always show they are in pain. I would personally take her to the vets but if the vet suggests that you shouldnt then ask for them to visit the cat at home. Blood in poop isnt a good thing and hair loss could be due to stress which could be the pain you say she doesnt seem to be showing.

I would say that maybe her kidneys need checking out, but then i'm not a vet.
