Fraid I can't make it cat specific but can give an example with a dog! There is a kennels near us that specialises in transporting cats / dogs abroad. My friend used him for her dog when she moved to Bahrain. He booked everything and sorted all the paperwork but also advised her on the airlines etc who were better at looking after pets! Maybe there is someone offering a similar service in your area?
