It's a shame she didn't start her vaccination program when she was 8 weeks, then she could be walked now and started socialization. Is she ok for you to carry, as you could carry her around to socialize with people and vaccinated dogs? She'll need to stay indoors for a week after her last jab, so she won't be out until early January, which by this time, the socialization period (8-12 weeks) would have been gone and she may have a harder time socialising with others.
