As long as she is eating what you say she is-her appetite is their and she is eating and if kitts seem well nourished then i wouldn't worry to much,she may just be bored with the pouches-try her on sardines/tuna with cheese or a bit of raw beef(great for nursing queens)
Plus it could be the events of the latter 2 days catching up with her,for now i really wouldn't worry
