I agree with both of these guys here and you should def go back to the vet.
My woody was the same kind of. loss of appetite, weak, kept to his bed all day, throwing up.
My parents finally took him to the vet who at first diagnosed him with a pancreatic infection and said to take him to the animal hospital. My dad did that and they took his bloods and the tests came back to show his liver and kidneys were failing. we had no choice but to have him put to sleep.
Its been a year since it happened.
I hope your little guy's ok and hope its not something like my woody had.
