Well Milo has just recently ate some of a tea bag, I'm not sure if he consumed the material or not, but found tea leaf powder over the kitchen floor.

Should I be worried or not?

*Also if anyone knows what I can do to stop him going in the bin please tell me, he is constantly lifting the lid with his nose, it's getting to the point where it is really annoying.
