with regards to SA, i agree with ad_ 1980. just completely ignore her and if you have a garden let her straight out so she doesn't toilet the house. I know you said it doesn't work but it just needs persistance. Also, you could try bach rescue remedy, few drops in her food/water and it will help her adapt and will also calm her a bit - worked for my collie cross anyway and is also useful for fireworks and anything that may upset her etc
