Yes it can be very serious and can be a symptom of a fatal illness

my 2 year old Ozzy suffered with hepatic encephalopathy brought on because his liver was not functioning correctly one of the symptoms of this is also head tilting....sadly he died about 6 weeks ago

it is something people should be aware of x
