LOL, oh yeah, totally forgot I'd asked the same things when i had Dante. She's fine when we leave but when we come home her is completely hyper, jumps around on us, pushes us and pee's. Also, she follows me everywhere, my own shadow doesn't follow me around this much
. She really is a nice dog but it's beginning to get annoying, especially since my mum has knee problem and when Cassie greets us her tail flick's at the knees. We're covered in bruised. How do i calm her down? Ignoring her just makes it worse, she then becomes persistent.
On the heat front, she does lick herself a lot but i don't see a discharge and since she's always clingy i doubt i'd see the difference. We're trying to contact the PDSA to get her spayed but their lines have been busy all week, it's terrible. Would the other dogs be more persistent with her if she was in heat? I take her for a walk and we meet other dogs but they seem fine with her. i don't want to put her in danger if she is in heat.
She's great with commands like sit and when i call her name she comes but she just doesn't seem to grab the concept of 'go to bed', any advice?
