I had 2 cats exactly like this and in the end I had to rotate what rooms they had access to and after a few months of this, they got used to the scent etc of each other, and eventually accepted that they had to share the space. Zylkene is good, have used this on my cat as she started chewing bald spots on herself. It really calmed her down. Not sure how this will work with the above, but try giving it to the more agressive of the 2 and see if it takes affect.
