Thank You for your help. Unfortunately last night a different kitten in the litter wasn't looking very well. She was taken to the vet and was too ill to survive. The vet said he thought she was just too weak as she was the runt. He said maybe a virus
The boy with the funny coloured poo was looked at and seems to be doing ok. The vet had said this could be normal if its his first poops.

We both disinfected the pen area and all the bedding last night and the vet said to bring him if he deteriorates. My friend has stayed off work to keep an eye on him all day.
