Cockatiels don't really talk,my boy never did,but you know what,he sang us the most beautiful songs,whenever he felt like it,got spooked a few times by birds(pigeons,robins...) he saw fly outside our windows tho and he used to plump himself real big and dance from side to side to try and scare them it was comical,he was a real darling,Spongebob is a total babe too,good times to you !!!
