Re: Do I or don't I?
Kittens do bring alot of happiness, and if you
- can mate your cat safely without exposing her to disease/injury
- have guaranteed loving forever homes lined up for the kittens, or are able to keep the entire litter if need be
- are able to offer the owners of your kittens a lifetime of support, including taking the cat back/helping find them another home if need be
- have the time and money ( and it can be very expensive if something goes wrong) to care for Mum and kittens, you may have to find £100s at the drop of a hat
- ideally send the kittens out fully vaccinated, wormed etc
then why not, moggie or pedigree they are all beautiful. If anyone can not do all of the above, then spaying is the best option.
