Cold weather and hour changes

Since we've changed our clocks the cats seem to be sleeping more and longer. I dunno maybe because its getting darker (completly dark at 5pm) that they head to bed early. They seem to be more active in the morning unforuntly

Anyone notice this with their cats?

We also dont have the heating on much so it cold here which might affect there activity level?
