I feed it to mine and she's absolutely gleaming, but then she's only young so I guess it doesn't say much (Jasper I've not had long enough to really tell). They're both growing like weeds though which has got to be a good thing. THere will always be people on this board who will reply to threads like these saying all dry is inherantly bad and you should feed wet instead, but I know it's not practical for everyone - it certainly isn't for me. I'm out at work for 10 hours a day and want to have something down for them to eat while I'm gona and wet spoils where dry doesn't so I feed raw breakfast and dinner and Orijen down the rest of the time.
I spent a lot of time researching before picking my dry and would agree with you on it being 'on paper' better than RC - I wasn't comfortable with the grains, and while RC's 40% meat is head and shoulders above the regular 4% crap it's still not that high really. Also it's not quite as expensive as it looks, as your kitties are likely to about about two thirds as much Orijen as they did RC.
