I had to make the same decision earlier in year. My cat was 18, he was eating and sleeping ,purring and doing what a cat should do. He did however have what was thought to be a skin tumor and his eyesight and hearing had gone down rapidly. He was just so slow bless. The vet said he had lead a very full happy life but time was running out. We discussed it as a family and decided to have Bobs PTS rather than wait till quality of life went down too.

It will get easier in time, take each day at a time
