thanks for the replies everyone

will they really need to check the garden?? i mean the cat will never be out there so i don`t see what difference it makes (our garden looks like a bomb just went off since we`ve just had a conservatory built and the builders left things everywhere but it`s been too wet to get out and clean it :S)

typically the woman rang yesterday to arrange a visit and have a chat but i was in the middle of london and it was soooo noisy so now have to hope she rings tonight
