As for fleas I use Frontline Spot On but I dont think it is suitable for kittens under 6 months (maybe check with your vet or on the packet) otherwise I would use the Frontline Spray. Frontline Spot On you can buy online without prescrption and Frontline Spray you need prescription.

Worms I would use Kitten Worming Syrup and you feed it to them using a syringe. You can buy from your vet or online. You dont need prescription.

Food I feed all my cats on dry food Royal Canin. For kittens you need to get Royal Canin Babycat (1-4 months old) and Royal Canin Kitten 36 (4 - 12 months old). You can buy this online.
