I am new to this site, my first post!

we are due to collect our new kittens (7 weeks old moggies) in a fortnight and we are presently trying to source various products for their good health. Now my question is this

There seems to be so many products on the market for kitten care i find it so confusing so i would find it really helpful if people of experience could just give me some general advice regarding :-

Flea treatment
Worming
Food

Sorry to sound dumb but i am just looking for general advice from peoples experience etc
