I will not judge your reasons for re homing her, they are your own. I suspect that she has proven harder work than you anticipated. Puppies can take even the most prepared person by suprise but if you are going to have her spayed that will cost around £150 whereas a rescue will either do it for you or insist the new owner does it. That means if you pay for the spay you stand to make just £150 out of her by selling her.
Seriously i think you need to look in her eyes and ask yourself if it's really worth her potentially ending up in the "wrong" sort of hands or messed up and in rescue in a few months having had multiple homes for what really amounts to a few quid
A girl like yours will fly out the door at a decent rescue as she can't possibly have any serious issues at that age and they will be able to ensure the right long term home is found for her instead of someone who just thinks she looks amazing but hasn't really thought the whole thing through
