It depends on who the guests are. Sometimes if I get a housefull of little kids (my dogs just haven't been around a lot of them ) they prefer to go into my room. I take my cues from the dogs and how the guests react. If the dogs don't like someone I would never force them to stick around, and on that note I'd be paying attention to the guest cause he/she is probably trouble or an idiot when they have been drinking. Don't think I've been steered wrong by my dogs a few humans maybe.....Jill

ps I also tell people they know I have dogs don't wear black. Dog hair is a condiment to dog lovers lol
