Its a special teething style one and has these rubber cogs with rubbery bristles on and I put either kong paste or peanut butter around the cogs and he sits their munching for ages! Will have a look on internet or try to get a photo for you, its green and white and cleans his teeth well!
Edit: can't find it at the moment but Roo had one of these and I used to put paste into the cracks, he liked it:

Edit2 : was similar to this one in that the cog things can be moved about and clean the teeth at the same time, again I put paste like peanut butter into it and he loves it!

Been to pets at home and got a selection including a waggle and a kong teething stick something else that you fit a couple of rawhide discs on, some greenies, some sweet potato chews and some kong paste. I also went to an independent pet shop and looked around and asked the guy there. He recommended the Nylabone selectionn pack in petite which I bought and one gave to the dog. THEN after the dog had had it 20 minutes I read the pack. It turns out that one of the nylabones was an edible and only recommended for 4 months plus. So I confiscated that, it was half gone, and made a note that independent pet shop although reasonable, bloke doesnt know what he is on about! Hedley is now running about with normal nylabone, which surprised me as our other dog used to ignore them.
I also picked up the smallest size collar that P@H do in the nylon clip fastening collar. Its still too large, so he has the cat collar back on, with handy bell! He isnt interested in this toy though:
