Think about what a chemical wormer does, it gives the dog the s**ts, this is to get rid of all the worms that may be in there. The pumpkin seeds are fed whole, 1 cupful, the also do the same job but scour the gut making sure everything else is out of there. The Stilton contains good bacteria to put back in there, something which a chemical wormer doesn't do.

My dog has never had worms, even during her coprophagia phase when i first got her
