Re: My cat's gone blind :-(

Hi SK, its sarapadgett20 I replied to on this thread I thinks she trying various threads for a reply. Whilst I'm posting this I was just wondering if any/all of you who give your cats tablets have heard of this pill giver? The reason I ask is that when we first started tablet giving we weren't asked by the receptionist vet if we'd like a tablet giver and to be quite honest when we went for a new tablet giver another receptionist never even knew they existed until we pointed to them on a shelf behind her! For those who haven't seen one before I have attached a picture. Oh just remembered something else from past experience regarding hyperthyroidism. When you first starting giving your cat the tablets (felimazole) you may notide that he/she starts to scratch and wash the front of their chest and legs. This apparently is a side effect of felimazole and not a case of fleas! As you can see from Seargy's picture below she has little bolding spots in the middle of her legs from overlicking although this was taken quite a few months. She has got used to it now. Does anyone know where my tablet giver pictures gone!?! If it doesn't appear I'll try attaching again later. Added picture of syringe to "Images"... below Posts... above right
