All the pups in my local rescue centre get homed super fast, so just take them there to be rehomed... They often have a network of foster homes to provide a temporary place to stay where they can start with socialization.

Moboyd is right, they had to have a disclaimer, these places don't exactly swim in money and they cannot risk getting asked for damages. They don't mean to say if there are puppies it's your problem, I am sure they will take them.
