It's very unlikely she is preganant again already - the earliest I've known of a cat coming back into call whilst feeding was when the kittens were 3 weeks old. But . . it's not impossible. Cats can still 'look' a little preggers at this stage, the mamory glands are swollen and it makes them look fatter and they may still have some fat reserves left for feeding the babies with.
